If we have made a mistake on your order, we will reprint it and redeliver at our cost. If you are unhappy with your labels or graphics, simply send them back with a motivating letter expressing the nature of the fault within 24 hours of receiving them.

Once reviewed, we will happily give you a full exchange or refund should the fault be valid.
